For my new emerging technology I used mind meister. Mind meister is an online concept map. According to their website, mind mapping is a popular planning technique with applications across all business sectors and industries. It is used by all individuals, corporate teams, students and teachers alike for various purposes. I had a lot of fun using mind meister. I created a map about my life and included my favorite books and movies, family, goals, and career. I did the free trial that allows you to make three maps. I would defintely use this in my classroom for my students to share information about themselves or about newly information. A few helpful hints. If you want to add a line right below the main one, hit the main button and hit insert. If you want the line right beside it hit the main idea and hit tab. Also, if you want to add pictures be sure to already have them saved or it might take up some time browsing for your pictures. Other than this Mind Meister was very fun and easy to use!
